Keywords in titles, headings, and content help search engine crawlers as well as people access web pages. Since people tend to skim and scan online more than they do when reading print material, headings and a reader-friendly layout are also key.

  The template for this Vancouver veterinary clinic makes the clinic's focus, key information, and page links easy to see on each page.
• Alt.Support.Thyroid Newsgroup Website
  More than 90 pages and almost 300 external links, all in categories so that site visitors can find what they're specifically looking for.
• Wordsweave.com (this site)
  Lots of headings, subheadings, bulleted lists, and tables for data to make the pages easy to skim and scan.
